By default, any dashboard is only visible to the analyst who created it. Especially for newly created dashboards that are still a work-in-progress, this is what you would expect. Eventually, however, you will want to digitally share access to the dashboard with other people in your organization. Once a dashboard is ready for others to see and use, you can publish it to all users in your organization or specific user groups (on the business or enterprise plan). To publish a dashboard, select "Share with Users" from the dashboard drop-down menu.
