A special Favorites dashboard group allows each user to pick their own set of dashboards they work with often. The favorites are always scoped to a particular user. If a user has one or more favorites, the Favorites are open after login or accessing the account. In case the user has no favorites, the last accessed dashboard is open.
To add/remove dashboards to Favorites, use the star on the dashboard tile/box:
