The Dashboard Schedules can be easily set up to send a dashboard (image, PDF, Excel or CSVs) to a Slack channel (or several).
This uses the Slack Email App and a specifically created mail-in email address. When we send emails to Slack email addresses, we specifically format it so it renders nicely in Slack.
Few notes:
- the channels can be both public and private
- the emails to slack are sent separately from regular user emails, so in case you choose the "Hide this address" option in Slack, it is not exposed in the email `To:` field
- You can also use this for SQL alerts, the alert email is also adjusted to work nicely in Slack

Step 2. Create a new integration setting and select a channel that should receive the emails:
