Password Reset
If you can no longer log in to your Cluvio account because you forgot or
misplaced your password, you can use Cluvio's self-service password reset,
available from the login page by selecting Forgot your password?
.
You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address that is registered with Cluvio.
Enter the e-mail address in the provided text field and select Reset Password
.
An e-mail will be sent to the provided e-mail address with password reset instructions.
Use the link in the e-mail to proceed with the password reset and set a new password. Finally, log in with your new password.
If you have two-factor authentication configured for your Cluvio account, you will be required to provide an appropriate credential in addition to your new password to log in.
Two-Factor Authentication
If you can no longer log in to your Cluvio account because of a lost, broken or malfunctioning device used for two-factor authentication, you may regain access to your Cluvio account by requesting assistance from an account administrator of your Cluvio organization. Your account administrator can remove two-factor authentication from your account, allowing you to log in with only your password.
If you do not have any contact information of your account administrators,
you can sent a request for assistance through the Cluvio login page when asked
to provide your two-factor authentication credential. Follow the link Lost your two-factor device?
.
You will be asked to confirm the request to remove two-factor authentication
from your account. Select Send Request
to proceed.
All administrators of your Cluvio organization will receive an e-mail with your request and will get back to you.
Once two-factor authentication has been removed from your account, you will be able to log in again with only your password. You can then configure two-factor authentication again to secure your account.
