Sharing Dashboards

A new dashboard is a Draft — visible only to the analyst who created it and marked with a DRAFT badge on the dashboards overview — until it's shared. Cluvio gives you three ways to share a dashboard so that others always see the latest data; pick the one that matches your audience.

With organization users

Share a dashboard with teammates who have their own Cluvio account. The dashboard appears on their dashboards page with live data — the simplest way to collaborate inside your organization.

With a sharing link

Give a dashboard (or a single report) to people without a Cluvio account, or embed it in your own product. Sharing links can be restricted by IP address, protected by a password, and set to auto-expire.

With scheduled e-mails

Deliver dashboard snapshots — as PDF, Excel, or image attachments — to recipients on a recurring schedule. Ideal when people only need a periodic digest rather than interactive access.
