Sharing with Organization Users

Within a Cluvio organization, dashboards can be shared with other users in your organization. To do so, select Share with Users from the dashboard actions.

You can share a dashboard either with All Users or only with Selected Groups. In each case, you can choose whether to notify the other users automatically via e-mail and if so whether to include a thumbnail of the dashboard in the e-mail. Both of these options are enabled by default.

The e-mail notification for a shared dashboard is only sent once.
