Free Plan Limits​

The Cluvio Free plan gives you access to most Cluvio features with your business data, including all security options. There are no limits on the number of rows in your database.

You can find a detailed comparison on the Pricing page.

The main limitation of the Free plan is the monthly cap on query executions. Here’s what counts as a query execution:

  • Running a query in the Report Editor
  • Clicking "Refresh" on a report (bypassing the result cache)
  • Clicking "Refresh" on a dashboard (refreshes all reports, adding one execution per report)
  • Viewing a dashboard without cached results (queries run for all reports; results cache for 24 hours, meaning a continuously displayed dashboard may trigger up to 31 executions per month)
  • Changing dashboard filters (re-runs reports using the updated parameters, unless cached)

The monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). If you reach your limit, you can either upgrade your plan or wait until the reset.
